We started Zero Junk after realising most “healthy” condiments still hide seed oils, sugars and additives. As a chef + nutritionist duo, we rebuilt mayo from the ground up with Simply Real Ingredients: 100% avocado oil, free-range eggs, Dijon mustard, organic apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon and Himalayan salt. Then packed it in recyclable glass. Friends raved, tastings snowballed, and early feedback from local shops/markets told us we were onto something great.
